# V0 and OpenAI - ignoring instructions & taking payments

As OpenAI has been having issues all day, this appears to be affecting V0 Dev and assume it is the AI agent within the app.  For the last 5 prompts in my project it has ignored my instructions, yet taken payment as if it has updated the code/preview.  
Why doesn't Vercel shutdown all features until it's AI Agent is working, including taking payments?
