# v0 billing error Failed to create payment method after updating address

Hi `v0` Support Team,

I’m writing because I’m experiencing a billing issue that I need resolved urgently, as I have an active large-scale project on my account.

## Problem
I attempted to update my billing address in the account settings, which triggered an unexpected charge and subsequent payment failure. I am now stuck in a loop where I cannot successfully pay, and I’m worried this failed payment state could lead to an account suspension.

## Steps to Reproduce
1. Attempted to update billing address in account settings.
2. An unexpected charge was triggered during or after this process.
3. Tried to complete the payment again.

## Error Message
When attempting to complete the payment, I received the following error:

> **Error: Failed to create payment method**

## Request for Support
I have no intention of avoiding payment and am actively trying to resolve this. The issue appears to be on the platform side following the billing address update. Could you please:

- Confirm the current status of my account and whether a charge was already processed.
- Resolve the `Failed to create payment method` error so I can complete payment.
- Ensure my account is not suspended while this is being investigated.

I’d appreciate a quick response given the urgency. Thank you.

Can you try a different browser and see if that works?

I just tried to update mine and it worked fine.
