# v0 editor fails to load updated files and hangs on "Preparing file changes"

## Problem
The `v0` editor is not displaying code changes correctly and fails to load updated files from the chat interface.

## Current Behavior
- The code explorer no longer shows indicators for added or removed lines (the `+/-` count).
- Clicking on the "Updated files" section in the chat does not load the file in the editor.
- A message appears at the bottom-right corner and hangs indefinitely:

> **Preparing file changes**

There is currently no way to see which files were changed or inspect the specific lines added or removed.

## Environment
- Browsers: `Chrome` and `Firefox` (tested in normal and private modes).
- Troubleshooting steps taken: Cleared data and cache in `Chrome`.

The editor eventually has become non-useful - please fix this issue ASAP. we are paying customers and this is not letting us complete our work.
