v0 failing to remove logo background and exhausting credits without results

Problem

This happens all of the time, it should be documented that up to this pint, due to situations just like this, Vercel has abused at least $20 of mine. Its so disappointing when I depend on this for my success and I can’t do a simple procedure. ChatGPT works fine on the other hand, so I know it’s not a network issue.

Current Behavior

• v0 fails to remove grey background from logo.
• v0 fails to fit logo in the header correctly.
• Credits are consumed despite the task failing.

Error:

Out of Credits: v0 stopped because you are out of credits. Please add more credits to continue.

I expect a full refund or extra reimbursement of credits. This is business and just because AI Vibe Coding is getting more popular doesn’t give you a right to steal/abuse my money/investment. I’m telling you right now Vercel, I know a lot about business. If you do not respond to this email promptly I will build a case and get way more money then I put into all of my AI investments combined.
