# v0 failing to remove logo background and exhausting credits without results

## Problem
This happens all of the time, it should be documented that up to this pint, due to situations just like this, Vercel has abused at least $20 of mine. Its so disappointing when I depend on this for my success and I can’t do a simple procedure. `ChatGPT` works fine on the other hand, so I know it’s not a network issue.

## Current Behavior
- `v0` fails to remove grey background from logo.
- `v0` fails to fit logo in the header correctly.
- Credits are consumed despite the task failing.

**Error:**
> **Out of Credits: v0 stopped because you are out of credits. Please add more credits to continue.**

I expect a full refund or extra reimbursement of credits. This is business and just because AI Vibe Coding is getting more popular doesn’t give you a right to steal/abuse my money/investment. I’m telling you right now Vercel, I know a lot about business. If you do not respond to this email promptly I will build a case and get way more money then I put into all of my AI investments combined.
