# v0 Premium invoice payment failure preventing cancellation or billing changes

Hi Support Team,

I’m following up on this case as it has now been open for almost 10 days without resolution.

## Problem
I am stuck in a billing loop regarding my `v0` Premium subscription that I cannot resolve manually.

## Issue Summary
*   I have a `v0` Premium invoice that keeps failing payment.
*   I cannot cancel the invoice or remove my payment method due to the pending payment status.
*   I am unable to use or cancel the service while this remains unresolved.

This is a time-sensitive billing matter that requires manual intervention from your team. I kindly request this case be escalated to a senior team member or billing specialist for immediate attention.
