v0 Premium subscription disappeared after disabling auto-renew (paid $20, lost chats & workspace)

Hello Vercel team,

I’m experiencing a serious issue with v0.dev Premium subscription and workspace access, and I’m hoping someone from the team can help or escalate this.

What happened:

  • I purchased the $20 v0 Premium subscription via Stripe

  • The subscription was successfully activated

  • I later disabled auto-renewal (not cancellation)

  • The UI explicitly confirmed that the subscription would remain active until January 28

Immediately after disabling auto-renew:

  • My entire v0 workspace was reset

  • All chats and projects disappeared

  • The Premium subscription no longer appears in the UI

  • Billing page shows no active plan

However, the $20 payment was successfully charged via Stripe.

This does not look like a refund or cancellation — it appears to be a subscription / workspace desynchronization issue.

I have already contacted Vercel support and a case was created:
Case #899187

I’m posting here in case someone from the v0 / billing team can help:

  • restore my v0 Premium subscription and workspace until Jan 28, or

  • issue a refund if restoration is not possible

I’m happy to provide any additional details (payment timestamp, Stripe reference, account email, etc.).
