I’ve tried logging out/in and refreshing the page, but it’s still showing `Free`. Could someone please help me resolve this sync issue? Thanks! There was an unexpected issue with one of our billing systems involved in processing the transaction, so some subscriptions were not completed successfully. The team is aware and are working through the cases that were affected. Can you confirm if your plans have updated now?
