# v0 premium subscription not activating after successful payment

## Problem
I paid for the `v0` premium subscription but the plan is not activated. It is still saying free plan.

## Payment Details
- **Invoice number:** `SIT0MHFL-0001`  
- **Receipt number:** `2888-5668`  
- **Date paid:** March 7, 2026

I’m also experiencing the same issue, it’s been over 6hrs now I subscribed, but it’s not being reflected in my balance

Hey everyone, welcome to the community. Firstly thank you for upgrading and raising this. 

There was an unexpected issue with one of our billing systems involved in processing the transaction, so some subscriptions were not completed successfully. 

The team is aware and are working through the cases that were affected. Can you confirm if your plans have updated now?

Last night I tried upgrading to the $20 plan. I’m seeing a charge on my card, but this morning I don’t see the $2/day credit, and I’m not seeing that I’m designated as a pro customer. My name is **treynews1-8279.**

@soporteeduclates-685 @treynews1-8279 It looks like you both just upgraded to a [Vercel Pro plan](https://vercel.com/docs/plans/pro-plan) within the last 24 hours. The plan upgrade was reflecting correctly on your Vercel accounts when I checked just now. 

A [v0 Premium plan](https://arc.net/l/quote/bypgrxzw) is a separate subscription.
