The most frustrating thing is the complete lack of response from the support team. I see numerous users reporting this issue with zero follow-up. There doesn’t seem to be any dedicated customer service, not even for paying subscribers. I absolutely love v0 as a tool, but this level of customer care is a dealbreaker. If this isn’t resolved quickly and if the support team continues to ignore its paying users, I will be canceling my subscription very soon just on principle. Either I didn’t receive the credits when I purchased my subscription, or I didn’t receive the referral credits.
