# v0 referral credits not added to account

Hello Vercel Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

## Problem
Three of my friends successfully signed up using my referral link to `v0`, and each of them received the `$5` credit. However, I have not received any referral credit on my side.

## Current Behavior
- The referral progress bar is increasing, which indicates that the referrals were tracked.
- Actual credits have not been added to my account.

Could you please check the status for me?

## Solution summary

To resolve this, Vercel identified and patched a bug in the v0 referral system that caused misattribution of credits. For users with missing historical credits, the Vercel support team is manually restoring the balance; these restored credits appear as monthly credits but are valid for one year instead of the standard 30 days.

Just had a friend sub & got the 20$ Reward notification but nothing was credited, been 24h.
