Problem
Some time ago we created a team account to use v0, and we are currently having issues managing the credits within the team.
The main problem is that the credit distribution is not flexible enough for our needs. For some users, $30 is more than enough, while for others $30 is clearly insufficient.
Desired Functionality
We were expecting to be able to either:
- Reallocate unused credits between team members
- Add more credits to specific users who need them
Current Behavior
At the moment, this doesn’t seem possible. We tried to add more credits from the owner account, but the option to add or manage additional credits is disabled.
Because of this limitation, some team members have already run out of credits and cannot continue working, and we are effectively blocked. v0 is extremely useful for us, and this issue is currently preventing us from moving forward.
Questions
- Is there a way to manage or redistribute unused team credits?
- Is it possible to add additional credits to specific users within the team?
