# Vercel account remains on Hobby plan after Pro payment

## Problem
I paid for the `Pro` plan and received invoice `Q9WZBBNX-0002`, but my account dashboard is still showing that I am on the `Hobby` plan.

## Current Behavior
- Account status: `Hobby` (expected `Pro`)
- Payment status: Paid (Invoice `Q9WZBBNX-0002`)
- Support access: I cannot reach official support as the contact form is throwing errors.

I can’t believe this is where I end up posting after paying. Anyone from Vercel, please respond.
