# Vercel Blob storage blocked despite usage being below Hobby plan limits

## Problem
My `Vercel Blob` store (named `health blob`) has been blocked with the following message:

> **Error: Storage size limit reached**

## Current Behavior
When I check my usage dashboard, I have less than `100MB` of data stored and none of the usage metrics have been exceeded:
- Storage size
- Simple operations
- Advanced operations
- Data transfer
- Edge requests
- Fast origin transfer

I believe this may be a bug, as the store should not be blocked given my current usage is well within the Hobby plan limits. Please investigate and restore access to my `Vercel Blob` store.
