# Vercel MCP OAuth returns 403 for existing Pro Team etome24

Hello Vercel MCP team,

I’m experiencing a persistent authorization issue with Vercel MCP connected to ChatGPT.

Setup and observed behavior:

* Existing Vercel Pro team: etome24
* Two existing Vercel OAuth connections in ChatGPT
* Both connections authenticate, but list_teams returns an empty list (teams: []).
* Requests to the team scope return 403 Forbidden.
* The error says the requested scope is not authorized and requires re-authentication or a token with access to that scope.
* Reconnecting has not resolved the issue.

The team ID reported during a failed request is team_LkWPae5gyZxkBWLILdl79Cn.

Could you please help determine why the OAuth grant does not include the existing team scope and how to authorize the correct team?

We do not want to create a new project or account to work around this issue.

Production safeguards: Our production website, DNS, CARNET configuration, and GitHub main branch must remain untouched. We are only requesting help with MCP team authorization.
