## Problem
Trying to upgrade my plan and when going to the payment screen, it’s stuck in `Preparing payment`.

## What I've Tried
- Clearing browser cache.
- Using a different browser.

Are you still seeing this?

Josespinal (@josespinal) · 2026-02-19

Yes, still seeing this. I deleteted my payment method and added it again in my Vercel account.

Which browsers have you tried?

What error logs do you see from the console?

Josespinal (@josespinal) · 2026-02-19

I’m using Chrome and Safari. This is what I see in the console log:

upgrade?plan=v0-level3:1 Connecting to 'https://api.v0.app/_vercel/speed-insights/vitals' violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "connect-src 'self' https://v0.dev https://v0.app https://vercel.live/ https://vercel.com https://\*.pusher.com/ https://blob.vercel-storage.com https://\*.blob.vercel-storage.com https://blobs.vusercontent.net wss://\*.pusher.com/ wss://\*.vercel.run https://fides-vercel.us.fides.ethyca.com/api/v1/ https://cdn-api.ethyca.com/location https://privacy-vercel.us.fides.ethyca.com/api/v1/ https://vercel.com/.well-known/otel/metrics https://\*.sentry.io/api/ https://huggingface.co/onnx-community/ https://cas-bridge.xethub.hf.co/xet-bridge-us/ https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@huggingface/ \*.cr-relay.com". The action has been blocked.

upgrade?plan=v0-level3:1 Fetch API cannot load https://api.v0.app/_vercel/speed-insights/vitals. Refused to connect because it violates the document's Content Security Policy.

I also encountered the same problem. What on earth is going on?

Htftimeone (@htftimeone) · 2026-02-21

May I ask how to handle this? You cannot purchase the Plan service after making the purchase.

Hey! To help debug your v0 project, could you share your **v0 chat link**?
It looks like `https://v0.app/chat/...` — you can copy it from your browser's address bar while in the chat.

You'll also need to unlist the chat so our team can view it — here's how: https://v0.app/docs/sharing

This helps the team reproduce what you're seeing much faster. Thanks!

Went in today and I see I’m subscribed to Premium plan. Don’t know if something manual was done on your end.
