# Vercel Pro plan upgrade not applied and production deployments blocked

Paid for all team members, but the account is still showing as `Hobby`, preventing team members from deploying or even accessing projects.

We need to emphasize the production impact and urgency to get this taken care of right away. When will this get resolved?

It is now Day 5 from when the ticket was submitted and there has been no resolution. Requesting escalation to a supervisor or manager given the severity and duration.
