# Vercel SHIP Full Refund Request

Hi, I recently bought a ticket for Vercel SHIP after the full refund deadline and was excited to go until my car got completely totaled the other day and my only form of transportation is gone. Is there a way I could possibly obtain a full refund for my ticket since I am no longer able to go to this event?

Hey @joshuasojan-9551. Just seeing this now. I believe the team issued refunds to everyone who replied to their ticket confirmation email asking to cancel their ticket, but I can check with the team about it.

Following up. The team let me know they've issued a refund in line with the refund policy.
