# Why v0 referral credits are not appearing after a successful referral

I’m not getting credits. Usually in `v0` it shows a total of 60, but I didn’t receive even 20 credits.

## Issues
1. Missing referral credits ($5).
2. Unable to upgrade to a `v0` `Team Plan`.
3. Confusion regarding the `Premium Plan` removal.

## Details
- First, my friend didn’t get the $5 referral credits.
- Second, I can’t upgrade to a `Team Plan` because it says I already have one, but I’ve never bought anything here!
- Seriously, this `v0` platform is very buggy, plus they removed the `Premium Plan`. Where is the `Premium Plan`?

Actualmente los créditos de referido no están apareciendo en la cuenta mía cuando invito a una persona para que se registre y es nuevo y usa Mi código de referido no están apareciendo los créditos en mi cuenta sí en la del usuario pero en la mía no arreglen eso porque es frustrante

## Problem
I used my referral link on `v0` and 4 people signed up using my link about 4 days ago.

The page mentioned that I should receive $5 per referral, but nothing has appeared in my account yet.

Could you please check if the referrals were tracked correctly or if the referral program is still active?

## Problem
I sent referral links to two friends who signed up, but the credits have not reflected in my balance.

## Current Behavior
- Referral bar shows `$10` of `$200` used for the month.
- The actual credit balance does not show the updated amount.

Thank you for your response.

I tried what you suggested. I signed out and signed in again, and I also tried using a private browser window, but the issue is still the same.

Before, whenever someone signed up using my referral link, the credit used to appear automatically in my account. But now nothing happens — I don’t receive any email notification and no credits are added when someone registers through my link.

Currently, 4 people have signed up using my referral link, so I believe I should have about $20 in referral credits.

Could you please check if there is an issue with the referral tracking on my account?

Exactly.. I also didnt receive the emails to confirm my refeers. and consequently the credits werent credited.

Just had a friend sub & got the 20$ Reward notification but nothing was credited, been 12h. The initial 5$ instantly got credited.

I only ask because you said it was a friend, so it sounded like someone you knew :laughing: Could help me find the record in the logs faster. 

I'm not an expert in our billing systems, so I've asked the specialists for help. I'll let you know when I find out more

My issue still exists, support not responding, been almost a week, and support email legit says 2-3 weeks for such a minor issue like mine.. 😭
