Has anyone received a support response or any kind of reply to an issue opened with Vercel Support?

Support requests seem to go unanswered for days, and it’s becoming quite frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

The support team generally handles tickets in the order they were received, with a bit of prioritization for things that are more time-sensitive.

If you have an open case and can give me the number, I'd be happy to check on the status for you! I might even have a quick workaround depending on what the problem is

Hi thank you for considering if you can help. I have case #1067718 I cannot move on with my project until my issue is resolved. I'm experiencing a critical blocker with v0's Git sync workflow. When I restore a previous version (like v584) that I want to work with, a Pull banner immediately appears and blocks the prompt input box, preventing me from sending any messages. This creates an unresolvable loop: I restore the correct version, but cannot prompt to trigger a commit because the Pull banner blocks the input. If I click Pull to regain access to the prompt box, it reverts my restored version back to the outdated Git branch state (like v577). This leaves me with no way to commit my restored version to Git. I'm stuck because I cannot prompt after restoring, and pulling reverts my work. The Pull banner should either be dismissible without syncing, or restored versions should automatically commit to Git so they can be pushed to the branch. Without a fix, I cannot maintain a stable version of my app in Git.

I’ve had a ticket in since March 24th - with no response - they have a really great help AI system - BUT not everything is able to be handled by the AI help system. It’s really frustrating to wait 10 days to get a response from a company on a ticket. I hear that Vercel is doing great, well supported and growing BUT the response times are showing a real bottleneck in your team and hiring guys.
