I’m seeing this on my account too. I have no option for the $20 premium plan. I asked a friend and they have had an account longer and they are on the $20 premium plan. I even created a brand new account using Google auth and went straight to upgrade, only options are Free, Team, Business, Enterprise. Even the pricing page on https://v0.app/pricing doesn’t mention the $20 premium plan. Doesn’t make sense to be forced on $30/m team plan if I’m not on a team.
