Hi,
I'm having an issue with the wildcard SSL certificate for *.flowly.co.il.
The certificate expired on August 17, 2026, and Vercel has not automatically renewed/reprovisioned it.
As a result, subdomains such as:
https://businessname.flowly.co.il
are currently inaccessible and Chrome returns:
NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID
Current certificate
-
CN:
*.flowly.co.il -
Issuer: Let's Encrypt R12
-
Issued: May 19, 2026
-
Expired: August 17, 2026
DNS configuration
The domain is delegated to Vercel DNS:
ns1.vercel-dns.com
ns2.vercel-dns.com
I verified this independently using both Google DNS and Cloudflare DNS.
Google (8.8.8.8):
flowly.co.il nameserver = ns1.vercel-dns.com
flowly.co.il nameserver = ns2.vercel-dns.com
Cloudflare (1.1.1.1):
flowly.co.il nameserver = ns1.vercel-dns.com
flowly.co.il nameserver = ns2.vercel-dns.com
The SOA record also reports:
primary name server = ns1.vercel-dns.com
However, the Vercel dashboard still shows:
*.flowly.co.il — Invalid Configuration
with:
Update your domain's nameservers to enable Vercel DNS.
I have already removed and re-added *.flowly.co.il to the project, but the issue persists.
Vercel Agent diagnosis
I contacted the Vercel Agent, and it checked the domain and responded:
“The DNS delegation to ns1.vercel-dns.com and ns2.vercel-dns.com is configured properly, and CAA records allow certificate issuance. However, the wildcard certificate expired on August 17, 2026, and the automated provisioning process has not completed the renewal on our edge network.”
It then stated:
“This requires backend intervention to clear the validation state and re-trigger certificate issuance.”
The Agent attempted to create a support case for me, but I'm currently on the Hobby plan and dedicated Domains → SSL Certificates support isn't available.
Could someone from the Vercel team please check the stuck certificate/validation state and re-trigger wildcard certificate issuance for *.flowly.co.il?
This is currently affecting the production subdomains of my application.
Thanks!
