Everything you need to choose a track, build an eligible project, and submit it for this hackathon.
Register at https://luma.com/fastforwardhack and receive host approval to attend in person. Teams may include up to four people. Choose one award track: Agents & Factories, Multi-modal Apps, or VR Apps.
Submit a working demo link, a short project description, team member names, and setup instructions. Final submission buffer and demo preparation run 4–4:15pm Pacific; judge reviews begin at 4:15pm.
Three judges per track score independently on usefulness (does it solve a real problem and work reliably?), creativity (is the idea or implementation original and thoughtfully designed?), and impact (does it save time, improve quality, reduce costs, or enable something new?). Each criterion is scored 1–10 with equal weight; average the judges’ totals out of 30. Select one winner per track. Ties resolve by usefulness, then impact, then a short follow-up demo and panel decision.
One winning team per track.
Agents & Factories
Build an agent system that keeps producing useful work after you step away. Explore asynchronous, scheduled, or event-driven work with clear outputs and human steering. eve is encouraged.
Multi-modal Apps
Build an AI application using AI Gateway and multiple modalities, such as text with voice or vision. Show how model choices, routing, and failure handling help people understand, decide, and act faster.
VR Apps
Build a VR experience with Meta’s WDK and v0. Detailed entry requirements and demo setup instructions will be shared before the event.
