$20 discounted but Premium Plan was not activated

So after several failed payments, v0 finally billed $20 to my credit card like 1 hour later.
For my surprise, (this happened yesterday) the premium plan was never activated, neither today.

I wrote to the Help Team but still not answer. Any solution for this? My plan was paid for but I literally have not been able to use it for two days.

Can you make sure you’re logged into the same account in v0? If you’ve upgraded the wrong one by mistake, you can make a case with Customer Support and they’ll sort you out (they are in charge of billing inquiries)
