Hi @leslo360 , I’m assuming you bought those credits when on a paid v0 plan. As such, you cannot use purchased credits on the Free plan. I’d suggest you upgrade to a paid tier to consume those credits.

Problem is on my side, Id have to pay an additional $20 to go back to the paid tier. Honestly Im not comfortable with that, hense why I still have the credits still in my account without using them. Can I get a refund instead, Im not about to pay for credits I wont use
