Hello Vercel Team,

My Hobby team "zaid-portfolio3" is facing a deployment rate limit issue.

The error says: "Resource is limited - try again in 24 hours."

It has been more than 3 days, but the deployment is still blocked.

I checked my visible usage dashboard, and storage, CDN requests and bandwidth are well below their limits.

Could you please investigate the deployment rate limit for my team and check whether it can be reset?

I would prefer to continue using the Hobby plan rather than upgrade to Pro.
