What is going on? Why is Vercel or v0’s support completely non-existent? Nobody has been attending to my ticket or responding to my email.

Hello?? Is v0 or Vercel going to respond to our issues? What the hell is going on? Some of us paid a lot of money to use your services and this is the kind of support we get? It’s shameless at this point isn’t it?

Your support tickets are in the billing queue and an agent will get to them as soon as they can
Support is terrible. Takes like 5 to 7 days for a reply.
