My account was blocked last month during the period of 19-20th October when the vercel’s platform was facing a lot of issues and downtime…. My service which I hosted on vercel was also down for hours which also lead to a bad customer experience and hurted brand value… And during that time, the vercel serverless platform was also mal-performing making all of my requests to pile up and exceed the allowed function duration and hence my account was blocked ob 20th October.
