Delete an account that had two hosted projects and both domains as well, however, until now neither of them have gone offline, I have already tried using the old account, however, without success, having recreated it did not cause the projects linked to the email to appear!
The domain troubleshooting guide can help with most custom domain configuration issues. You might be able to use that guide to solve it before a human is available to help you. Then you can come back here and share the answer for bonus points.

You deleted an account and expected the projects to stop working but they are still working. Is this what you mean?
Can you share the project URLs or domains?

I see. Where did you buy the domains from? Because if you are the owner of the domains, you should be able to change it’s DNS records.

Yes, I purchased these domains, however, they should be released after deleting both the account and the project, right?

I’m not sure if I understand you. Release from where? If you own the domains, you can just change the DNS records and point them to the new project or wherever you want.
I understand what you meant, but I would still like the projects to be deleted and the domains to be deleted from the Vercel database, is that possible or not?
It looks like pesq.abcsa.org.br is not attached to any Vercel deployment, and cad.abcsa.org.br is attached to a project that hasn’t been deleted. Both subdomains are currently pointed at your Vercel team using CNAME records.
If you want them to take visitors to a different site, you can change those records with your DNS provider (seems to be Cloudflare based on the current nameservers). I hope that makes sense!

Hi @abcsa-ong, I’m still confused as to what’s blocking you from changing the DNS records.
As far as the project deletion goes because you don’t have access to your account you’ll have to reach out to our Support at https://vercel.com/help. They will be able to guide your best for this request.
I’ve already contacted them and they redirected me to the community. I just want the projects to be deleted, I don’t know what’s complicated about that.
Can you share the case ID here so I can take a look?
