Account-level domains are deprecated

Hello please help AI tried yesterday to fix the domain name with the message I told only support team can fix this error.

Please look at my domain it needs to replace with a different number for my website to work. You have no account-level domains. Manage your domains from each team's settings.

Please help its been 3 days no response yet.

That message usually means you’re looking at the old account-level Domains area. For a project domain, I’d ignore that page for now and check the domain from the project itself:

Project → Settings → Domains

Then compare the DNS records at your registrar with the exact values shown on that domain card. For example:

dig A yourdomain.com +short
dig AAAA yourdomain.com +short
dig CNAME www.yourdomain.com +short

For the root/apex domain, Vercel normally expects an A record. For www or another subdomain, it normally expects a CNAME. If there is an old AAAA record, duplicate A record, or a value copied from a different Vercel project, the dashboard can still show Invalid Configuration.

Also make sure the team/account switcher in Vercel is set to the same team that owns the project. It’s easy to edit domains under one scope while the project lives under another.

If you can share the domain name and the DNS record values with any unrelated/private details removed, someone here can help compare them with what Vercel expects.

Hello Thank you for getting back to me. Domain A 216.198.79.1 and CNAME e36ec626888c93e9.vercel-dns-017.com

I hope this matter can be resolved. When I type www.jmosesbooks.com it redirects to jmosesbooks.com. Therefore my understanding is www.jmosesbooks does not work and jmosesbooks.com works sometimes. I hope you can let me know which to use as I want to give my website details on my books for people to buy but right now I am stuck not sure which website details to give please help me if there is any information you need please let me know thanks Joyce
