Account Login Fails and Recovery Form Cannot Be Submitted

Subject: Unable to Log In — Account Recovery Form Also Fails

Hello Vercel Support Team,

I am contacting you from my personal Vercel account to report a login issue affecting another account associated with the following email address:

aien.noruzinasab@gmail.com

The owner of this email attempted to register with Vercel some time ago using email or GitHub but has been unable to access the account since then.

When attempting to sign in with GitHub, Vercel displays the following message:

“There is already an account associated with your GitHub email address. Please login with your email then link your GitHub account.”

However, when attempting to log in using aien.noruzinasab@gmail.com, Vercel immediately displays an error before sending any verification code.

We have also tried submitting the official account recovery form multiple times, but every attempt fails with this error:

“We had an issue processing your appeal. Try again later.”

Additionally, we contacted registration@vercel.com, but received an automated response stating that the mailbox is no longer monitored.

Could you please investigate why this email address cannot log in and whether the account was created incompletely or has an authentication restriction?

Since the account recovery form is also not working, please provide an alternative secure method to verify account ownership and restore access.

Please note that I am reporting this issue from a different Vercel account. I am not requesting to merge or link these two accounts.

Additional information regarding the login issue:

We have also attempted to sign in using Google with the affected email address.

Vercel displays the following error:

“We are unable to complete your login. Complete the account recovery form for further assistance.”

We also found a Google security email confirming that Sign in with Google was used with Vercel on October 29, 2026.

However, no Vercel account verification or activation email was found in the mailbox.

All attempted login methods have failed, and the account recovery form continues to return a processing error.

Could a Vercel staff member please review the account’s authentication or verification status and provide a working recovery method?
