[Account Recovery] Locked out after enabling 2FA – No response on open cases - Help

I hope you're doing well.

I wanted to follow up on my account recovery request, as I haven't received any updates yet. It's been several days since I submitted the requested information, so I wanted to check if there has been any progress.

Since I wasn't able to access my account and hadn't received a response, I created a new Vercel account using the same GitHub account but with a different email address.

If using this new account can help recover my projects or transfer ownership, I'm happy to proceed with that option.
