Account suspended / Exceeded free resources due to DDoS attack

Hi Vercel Support Team,

My name is Xuan Bach, and I am currently using the Vercel Hobby plan for my personal project.

I am writing to urgently request your assistance. My account has suddenly exceeded the free tier limits (specifically Fluid Active CPU, ISR Writes, and Edge Requests are maxed out). Upon checking my analytics, it is clear that my project was the victim of a sudden DDoS/botnet attack, generating a massive amount of malicious traffic in a very short time. This is not legitimate user traffic.

As this is a personal project on the Hobby plan, I cannot afford to upgrade to Pro just to absorb a malicious attack, and waiting 30 days for the rolling window to reset would keep my project completely frozen.

Could you please look into this and consider manually resetting my usage limits or waving this unexpected overage so I can bring my site back online? I am also looking into implementing Cloudflare and stricter Rate Limiting to prevent this from happening again.
