I am reporting an active Merrill Lynch Financial Advisor Impersonation Domain.

In total roughly 5-6 reports have been submitted over the last ~ 6-7 weeks concerning the domain: hxxps://gregorvankirk.vercel.app

Phishing Indicators:

  • Impersonation of Merrill Lynch advisor Joshua Miller info.
  • Linking to their actual BrokerCheck page (common practice with financial advisor impersonations).
  • Clearly stating Bank of America - Merrill Lynch affiliation.

Despite prior reports, these phishing pages remain accessible. We request urgent review, takedown, and enforcement in line with Vercel’s security and acceptable use policies, as this poses an active financial fraud risk to users.
