Added Sarvam AI Support to the Vercel AI SDK

Hi everyone,

Quick update: I added support for Sarvam AI as a provider in the Vercel AI SDK.

PR: feat(sarvam): add Sarvam AI provider for generateText and streamText

What is Sarvam AI?
Sarvam AI is an Indian startup building large language models and AI tools—similar to OpenAI—but focused on Indian languages and large-scale local applications.

The goal was to make Sarvam a drop-in option for developers who are already using the SDK, especially those building AI apps with Next.js. Since the AI SDK is widely used across the ecosystem, this could help expose Sarvam to a large number of Vercel and Next.js developers.

Is there any way we can expedite the PR?
