I’m experiencing an issue with AI Gateway that suddenly stopped working. I’m hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction.
The Problem: When making requests to AI Gateway, I receive the following error:

What I’ve confirmed:

AI Gateway was working fine a few days ago

I still have free credits remaining in my account

My API key is correct and hasn’t been regenerated

I have a valid (non-prepaid) credit card added for identity verification

The Authorization header is correctly formatted as
Bearer <API_KEY>
What I’ve tried:

Verified my API key is still active in the dashboard, and created a new API key to test

Checked for any account alerts or warnings

Confirmed my payment method hasn’t changed or been declined
Has anyone experienced this before or have suggestions on what else I should check? Any help would be appreciated!
