AI Gateway returns Access Denied Error

Hi,

All my AI Gateway requests are returning
{"error":{"message":"Forbidden.","type":"access_denied"}}.

I have already added a valid payment method and purchased credits, so I believe billing should be set up correctly.

I’ve also seen similar issues already being resolved for other users by the support team, so I was hoping you could check whether there’s something that needs to be enabled or fixed on my account as well.

Just following up on this issue since I haven’t received a response in about a week.

The problem is still occurring for all AI Gateway requests, and I’ve already confirmed that:

  • a valid payment method is attached
  • credits have been purchased
  • the project/team is active

I’ve also seen similar cases being resolved for other users by fixing something internally, so I’d really appreciate it if someone could take a look at my account.

Hi! I tried using the Help page, but I don’t seem to have the option to create a support ticket. I assume this might be because I’m currently on the Hobby plan.
Is there another way I can open a support case or get this issue looked at by the team?
