All deployments stuck in “Queued”

All my projects have been stuck in “Deployment queued…” long time and never start building.

I’ve already tried canceling/redeploying and switching build regions from IAD1 → SIN1, but nothing changes.

I’m on a Pro plan, so this shouldn’t be a concurrency limit. Looks like my account’s build queue might be locked. Could someone from Vercel please take a look?
