I’m trying to upgrade to v0 premium plan again using American Virtual Express Pay from GCash but when I click confirm and pay, it says my payment has been declined. Does v0 not support Amex Virtual Card payment anymore even though I have the exact amount of cash in my gcash to upgrade to v0 premium. It suddenly happened even though I was using Amex Virtual Card to pay 20 dollars for v0 premium for the past months but it suddenly happed today.
The charge was declined by your bank with no additional information. We haven’t made any changes to our payment infrastructure that could have affected this, so I’d recommend you contact your bank to get more information
