I'm trying to upgrade to v0 premium plan again using American Virtual Express Pay from GCash but when I click confirm and pay, it says my payment has been declined. Does v0 not support Amex Virtual Card payment anymore even though I have the exact amount of cash in my gcash to upgrade to v0 premium. It suddenly happened even though I was using Amex Virtual Card to pay 20 dollars for v0 premium for the past months but it suddenly happed today.
