As a Vercelian, of course my top pick is Vercel Blob.

I’ve seen people use S3, Vimeo, YouTube, and all sorts of other solutions, but I’m also curious to know what options people find themselves using most often.

Amy’s answer is spot on. 
My personal blog has used S3 for years though, it’s just worked well for me given I blog on WordPress.
