Is there any self help method to reset my authenticator app? I am stuck in a loop where I need the app or recovery codes to change but have neither. I already have MFA against email but also authenticator app. I have registered cases and sent emails but no answer yet so was wondering if there is any other avenue?
You did the right thing by opening a case!
There’s a very limited number of people who can access the systems to solve account issues. If you opened a ticket through the account recovery form or vercel.com/help, it’ll be assigned to the support engineers who can help.
Cases are generally solved in the order they were created. Thank you for your patience while the team works through the cases opened before yours ![]()
@amyegan thanks Amy, here are my case numbers. 01181124, 01187065, 01199614 I think the first one is incorrect, the chat bot steered me in the wrong direction.
