I have now wasted 2 hours going around in circles regarding a clear bug with Vercel's onboarding. I have had my team share an invite with three different work emails of mine, and every time I accept the invite, I hit a 404. I've used incognito, made sure the invite matches the logged in email, used SAML login, removed pending invites before sending new ones, and nothing has worked. The AI Chatbot has taken me in circles, and I am now forced to post on the community page given there is no direct company support. How this company is somehow worth $9bn truly beats me. If we didn't already have pipelines set up on Vercel, we'd shut down our account with the platform. Truly worst user experience across any tech platform I've used to date.
