Got banned with NO WARNING and NO WAY TO CORRECT ANYTHING. We still, up to now, don't know if we've done anything wrong.
The internet discussions show this is taking a crazy amount of time to get fixed if it gets fixed. Are you guys ok there?

I mean guys, If we did violate anything - at least tell us. I mean, I really cannot even tell what is going on, How can someone count on your hosting service if they just can cancel you at any moment for no good reason?
