I’ve been building Pulseahead, a customer feedback platform for SaaS teams.

I started it from a simple observation that most SaaS teams collect the same core feedback from users: onboarding experience, welcome surveys, activation confidence, NPS, product-market fit, churn reasons, and more. But setting all of them up usually means stitching together surveys, targeting logic, and workflows from scratch.

So I built a pack of essential SaaS Surveys to make the process much faster. Configurable in one go, it makes the setup and go live really quick. Along with it, we still giving teams the flexibility to run any kind of product feedback or user research directly inside their product.

Pulseahead supports in-product surveys for web apps, adaptive survey flows, audience targeting, customizable widgets, SDK-based user identification, and lightweight reporting — basically everything needed to collect contextual feedback and run ongoing product research inside your SaaS.

Hosted on Vercel, and the embed is designed to stay lightweight inside the product experience.
