I am writing to urgently request a review of Invoice JDR62OEA-0006 in the amount of $177.82.

On June 22, I opened Case 01ulYPI64EE75bFU to dispute these charges because I believe they are unexpected and inconsistent with the terms of my Pro plan when I signed up. As of today, I have not received a response, despite waiting nearly a week 5 days to be frank.

In the meantime, this invoice has been marked as overdue, resulting in my Vercel deployments being blocked and my production website being taken offline. This has caused significant disruption to my project and has directly impacted users who rely on the site.

Given the ongoing service interruption and the time that has already elapsed since I submitted my dispute, I respectfully ask any support member that this matter be up for review. And also if possible that my deployment permissions be temporarily restored while the billing investigation is underway so that I can bring my production website back online.

I would also like to share some feedback regarding my experience. When I initially signed up for the Pro plan, I do not recall seeing that usage based charges of this nature could be incurred. If these charges are part of the service, I believe it would be extremely helpful for customers if this information were made much more prominent during the checkout or sign up process. it would help users better understand what they are agreeing to and avoid situations like this.

I genuinely enjoy using the platform. I subscribe to v0.dev, and I purchase credits almost every day because I think it's an excellent service. Unfortunately, this unexpected invoice is simply not something I can afford to pay. I actually logged into my account intending to pay for my Supabase pro plan, only to discover that my account had been placed in an overdue status because of this invoice on the vercel site.

I sincerely hope we can resolve this billing issue as soon as possible so I can restore my deployments and continue using the platform without interruption. Thank you for your time, understanding.
