Billing issues

I signed up for a premium plan and paid the monthly fees yesterday and even got a receipt for the invoice. But when I sign in and start using v0.dev, my account still says I’m on a free plan and may be limited by the number of prompts - What might be going wrong and how do I fix that

Hey @sastrymalladi-gyaana. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your account. Since this issue involves account details and billing info, it would be best to open a case with the support team.

On vercel.com/help there’s a chat bot that will ask you for some details about what’s going wrong. From there, you can click the “Create Case” button and the form will be prefilled with the info you shared in the first step. When you submit the form it will get you in touch with the experts who can help with billing issues
