My Blob store was suspended and I can no longer read my own data. I'm only asking for a one-time export (or brief read-only reactivation) — I do not intend to upgrade to Pro for this.
Details:

- Status: "Billing State: Inactive" since 2026-07-30 ~09:57 UTC+3
- Content: 39 small JSON files, ~11 KB total — far below the Hobby free tier limits
What I tried:
- All public/download URLs return 403 "Your store is blocked"
- The dashboard "resume" path leads to a $20/month Pro upgrade, which is disproportionate for 11 KB of my own data
- Automated support replied that it cannot override resource states
The files are personal work notes (feedback comments on a UI prototype) and this store is the only copy. Could someone from the team please briefly re-enable read access so I can download my data? After the export I will delete the store entirely.
