Hi, I'm asking for a one-time reactivation of a suspended Blob store so I can export my data. I'm not asking to keep using Blob: I have already migrated away from it.
Store details:
Store ID store_cPrnZOKq1N7GjqLZ Store name catedra-data Team team_FlU4u0kRwQmODwtFIVy01xT9 (julian-8148s-projects, Hobby) Project catedra Region iad1 Access private Contents 1 blob, db.json, 15,705 bytes Suspended 2026-09-11
Current state reported by the API:
status limits-exceeded-suspended billingState suspended usageQuotaExceeded true
Symptom: list() and head() still work and correctly report the blob as intact, but reading its content returns 403 Forbidden. So I can see the data is there, I just cannot download it.
What caused it, and what I already did about it:
A polling endpoint in my app was reading the store every 2.5 seconds while a screen stayed open, which added up to thousands of reads per session and blew through the Hobby operation limit. That was my bug. I have already fixed the polling, migrated the application to Postgres, and the app no longer touches Blob at all.
What I'm asking for:
Temporary read access to that single 15 KB file, long enough to download it once. After that I'm happy for the store to be deleted permanently. I understand the Hobby limits and I'm not asking for them to be waived.
Why it matters: this is the attendance record for a university course I teach. It holds five weeks of attendance for nine students, and classes are ongoing, so rebuilding it by hand costs real class time.
Thanks very much.
