My Hobby plan Blob store was suspended for exceeding the usage limit, and I can no longer read my own data. The store is scheduled to auto-resume on 2026/9/24, but I need to export critical data now.

What's stored: The store contains core data for an internal employee survey system, including:

survey-answers.json — survey responses

push-log.json — push logs

remind-log.json — reminder logs

roster-cache.json — roster cache

Why this matters: Some survey submissions exist only in this Blob store (database writes failed transiently at the time, only the Blob write succeeded). With the store blocked, those records are inaccessible, directly affecting data completeness and business operations.

What I've already done:

Identified the root cause of the overage and fixed it — the issue won't recur

The data is for internal anonymous employee surveys only — no违规 content

What I'm requesting: I only need a one-time read-only access window (or a manual export by your team) so I can retrieve the data and migrate it elsewhere. After the export, I will delete the store entirely.

I understand Hobby plan limits and am not asking for higher quotas — just a brief reactivation to recover my data.
