Hi everyone,
My Hobby account's Blob stores are currently blocked with "Limits reached" / "Your store is blocked" errors (HTTP 403 on all public blob URLs).
Affected stores:
shu-chu-chu-store(store_laBhNwJdr9eLNKru)gunma-saitama-radio(store_5YBxFSCkz1vzCfWZ)
Root cause (identified and already fixed): A misconfigured project ran an external cron every minute that called Blob.list() on each request. Since list() counts as an Advanced Operation, it consumed the entire 2,000/month Hobby quota in about 1.5 days. That store holds 0 B of data but shows Advanced Operations 2k/2k.
What I've already done:
- Disabled the per-minute cron job (usage has stopped)
- Rewrote the code to remove
list()entirely — subscriptions are now stored in a singleindex.jsonread via its public URL, so this cannot recur
Impact: The block also affected an unrelated store, gunma-saitama-radio, which hosts the RSS feed and audio files for a daily podcast. That store used only 31 of 2,000 Advanced Operations and is well within every other limit (9.61 MB storage, 28.9 MB transfer), but it's blocked too — so the podcast is currently offline for listeners.
Request: Is there any way to get the stores unblocked or have the Advanced Operations reset? The runaway cause is fixed, so usage will stay within the free tier going forward.
Thank you!
